      Pros

      Woolpert stresses work-life balance in principle and in practice. Awesome supportive culture. Love the medium size - large enough to have resources at your disposal and plenty of new and interesting things going on but not so large you get lost at one of the engineering megafirms.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is average, but total compensation package and work-life balance make up for it.

      Flexible schedule, easy job, aren’t micromanaged

      Cons

      Management is terrible, none are qualified for their job and that shows. Woolpert constantly goes on hiring sprees followed by mass layoffs. Because of this there is no job security. There is no upward mobility, they only want people with no ambition that will stick their head down and do their work. There is no loyalty, employees that do good work and have been with the company for years will get layed off in favor of new employees that require less salary.
