Leadership seeks out our opinions and ideas. It is expected that we bring our best to the firm. In turn, the firm's stakeholders and leadership hold themselves to the same standard. When you work with the best, you bring your best.

Cons

After nine years with the firm, if I could even think of any cons, I know they would work towards improving them.

This will only be a con to certain people: You are expected to contribute and commit to your role and your team....if you are looking to do the minimum possible to get a paycheck, this is not the place for you.
