      Great community, faculty governance is strong, data-grounded decision making

      Cons

      Pay increases do not keep up with inflation, local housing market is unaffordable at current pay rates (ave rent for 2 bedroom is higher than my boss's mortgage; unoccupied rental rate below 2%)
