Pros

Researchers have a lot of opportunities to develop their projects. The infrastructure and the IT support are really good. The campus is compact, so you can easily meet specialists and scientists from other departments if you need to. The school contributes to your insurance and provides benefits for the workers' children.

Cons

It seems that students are a bit detached from each other and mostly hang out in small groups. It may be caused by the pandemic. But, it looks like the administration also is not doing great with building horizontal connections between kids.
