Great benefits, great people mostly

Cons

Staff are looked at as replaceable, VERY poor management. HR is a nightmare, good luck if you have something bad happen to you at WPI.

Really gave me hands on experience as an undergrad. Gained lovely relationships with faculty in the lab setting. Very friendly and collaborative. (Gateway at WPI - Bio Biotech major)

Cons

HR/Payroll often had issues when starting work each summer.
