Great benefits, reasonable compensation for the area. I like the people and the missions of the school. Nice campus to work on and a good area of the city.

Cons

so m any departments and business units make it hard to unify behind central themes for management. Can feel disjointed and disorganized.

WPI is a very nice university that it is small but intensive with colaboration. It is located in the Boston area and many opptunities are available there.

Cons

Not many advanced seminars because the department is relatively small.
