1. Maintain latest software and upgrade out-of-date software on Windows 7. 2. Set lab policies to ensure safety and order. 3. Be able to see what's going on internally. 4. Get paid until you graduate.

Cons

There's no downsides for this job, other than there are very few issues occurring throughout the semester, which is a good thing overall, but not good for you if you wished to do maintenance and repairs.

Flexible in the hours, Allowed me to enjoy my summer as a current student while still giving me the structure of a full time job, did not ask much of me while outside of the job

Cons

A lot of down time even when I would give myself projects to work on, the work space was irreversibly unorganized
