Pros

The professors are always available if you need help with learning the subject. Class sizes are mostly small so there is not too much grading.

Cons

If you have a large class, grading can be very time consuming. You may be asked to teach a class you know very little about so you have to learn the material quickly so you can answer undergrads questions.

Great for Undergrads, Not That Great for Grads

Lots of hands-on experience. Very friendly environment. Great engineering know-how. Young professors. Great gym.

Cons

There isn't a graduate school culture. As a grad student a social scientific environment is important and WPI is too small to provide that volume and throughput.
