WPI is not only an amazing educational institution but also a great place to work as well. In a research environment you are able to connect with your supervisors and work with them closely, learning from them every step of the way.

Cons

There aren't really any cons to working at WPI. It provides a place where innovation is encouraged, and ideas can be heard. The lab environments outside of the classroom are sometimes quiet, but they are collaborative and encouraging as well.
