Pros

- Big clients - Good opportunity to work with clients around the globe. - Good salary considering the market in São Paulo. - Lot of projects with short duration allows you to work with different products/technologies and different teams.

Cons

- Projects are not always good managed, sometimes deadlines can be kinda short, or some problems with clients cannot be solved. - There aren't much challenges for frontend developers. - Promotions and salary raises seems a bit arbitrary sometimes. - Very low diversity. - The coolest design projects usually are not developed in-house.

Pros

Work and co has a niche in product design and is very selective about the clients they choose to work with. People at work and co are really talented, kind and helpful.

Cons

It is super fast paced environment with high performance employees. That might be a con for some

Pros

Work & Co brings the same dedication and thoughtful approach to keeping people happy and engaged as it does to creating amazing digital products. I've worked in digital agencies for over 15 years now, and have never encountered this mix before. An amazing pipeline of digital product (only!) projects with senior leaders in top-tier companies. Incredible teams of strategists, product managers, designers, and technologists all truly collaborating with one another to push the boundaries of digital product. And a compassionate, dedicated, and fun group of partners and other senior leaders who truly care about you and your career. Does it sound too good to be true? I would agree - but in the over 2.5+ years I've been working here, it's proved itself true again and again. Work & Co truly believes in doing what they think is right (at all levels), but doesn't hesitate to question what could be better. This iterative approach leads to better digital products for our clients, but it also leads to an ever-better place to work.

Cons

If you're not obsessed with digital product design and development, this will not be the place for you.
