Interesting projects. Great environment to work in. Lots of hands on guidance from partner and senior level folks.

Cons

Work and co has a niche in product design and is very selective about the clients they choose to work with. People at work and co are really talented, kind and helpful.

It is super fast paced environment with high performance employees. That might be a con for some
