Pros

An amazing place to work. Smart cowoworkers, caring partners and an awesome client list.

Cons

Honestly, none. You need to show up and be social. The company is remote now, but they have a focus on in person collaboration. While you can certainly do the job fully remote, it helps a lot to meet your coworkers in person and grab lunch/brainstorm together.

Pros

W&C stimulates a healthy environment for working, be that in the office or remote. It has her own culture where everybody helps everybody to grow, refine their craft and being truly recognized by what you do well. The feedbacks are provided by your peers and you have the chance to make your own career as you like. The name of the company aren't empty words - at W&C we really don't take for granted the work we do and the company we keep. Also, great benefits.

Cons

If you're not an adaptable person, you can struggle a little in the beginning, as each project is completely different than the last one.
