Pros

Remote work is nice and some colleagues became friends through work trauma bonding.

Cons

Leadership thinks a new tech platform will solve all their problems. But they have been saying it will be done “next” month at least 2 years. No software will solve the obvious issues with the leadership’s disorganization and inability to set a realistic goal and stick to it.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad to hear about your positive experiences at WorkCare. It is unfortunate to hear that our benefits package did not match your expectations. We review our benefits offerings annually to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our employees and that our benefits package is competitive. We also welcome suggestions for other benefits we could consider. We appreciate any additional feedback as we continue to improve.
