It’s ok for the experience, but not much room for growth.

Pros

Nice managers, flexible scheduling. Free bagels every other Thursday. Free coffee. Looks like there are some welcoming changes coming.

Cons

Low pay, not much of a positive employee culture. Everyone is non-social. Depending on your area, you don’t really grow much. Expected to learn on your own, no real mentorship from colleagues depending on the department you join.

Pros

Can't think of any pros. Some people are nice but most managers seem fake.

Cons

Promotions are far and few between. Favoritism is very high throughout the entire company.
