Pros

- Flexible work schedule - Dress-code is relaxed

Cons

- The pay is really low - Drama in the office (avoid the breakroom at all costs) - Not a team environment - Rude people -If you are young, watch out and don't even bother to try to contribute new/fresh ideas to this old-fashioned business model. Some of the high-level management folks, CEO included, are stuck in outdated business practices.
