Pros

Great pay, good benefits, opportunity to WFH after a few months

Cons

Negative environment, poor training. The trainer was not helpful at all. If the director didn’t like you, she would ignore you.

Thank you for your feedback. It's disheartening to hear that this was your experience with the management team at WorkCare. We have recently expanded our leadership training program. We believe the additions to the program will ensure that another employee does not have the same experience. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our Company.

Horrible people

Pros

Decent pay. Good benefits. Some good people still there.

Cons

The worst HR team I've ever seen. The company is getting worse and worse with good people being laid off. HR team is incompetent and run by a couple of ditzy people who just jump for the executives, but don't care about staff.

Pros

WorkCare has been a great company for years with many clients and productive work.

Cons

The new team is trying to roll out a new system but is blaming the contractors instead of focusing on their own lack of awareness of how the business works.
