- The people are just awesome, everyone is friendly and willing to help one another. - Everyone at Work Market shares a common goal. - There is a level of transparency throughout the company, which creates the awesome atmosphere that Work Market has. - In Office happy hours. - Willingness from Exec Staff, Directors, Managers, etc. to teach and engage all employees. - Catered lunches. - The ability to grow within the company. - Working within a company that is breaking ground in the Freelance economy.

Work Market has to be one of the best places to work in NYC! The people are incredibly talented, the work is challenging and a culture of meritocracy rewards hard work and results. The company is not afraid to invest in its people and that's likely a reason it was recognized as one of NYC's fastest-growing companies for the 2nd straight year. Love working here and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

High-intensity and fast-paced work environment is not for everyone.
