Pros

Great team, fun people to work with. Very smart and experienced executive team. Lots of autonomy. Good blend of start up and enterprise culture. Standard weekly meetings and reviews mixed with a ping pong table and Friday team lunches.

Cons

Work hard play hard mentality, we have a good time but we work a lot. If you expect people to tell you what to do, you will fail here - no one will hold your hand. Sometimes our strategy changes quickly and you have to be able to go with the punches. It's an early stage tech company so there are lots of bugs to work through as we get it right.

Rewarding Work and Friendly Coworkers

My coworkers are very easy to get along with and helping make someone else's day even just a little bit better is it's own reward and the scheduling works wonderfully with my college classes.

Cons

Aside from the occasional unruly user there's not much of anything I can complain about. It's easy to feel good about coming in to work the next day.
