Pros

There's a lot of freedom for both what to work on and how. Engineers are allowed (required) to organize their work how they see fit, with the guiding principle being to ship as fast as possible. The same goes for prioritization, if a project has a clear line to improving the customers' experience with the product, it gets done. There are no quarterly goals or roadmaps that get in the way of delivering real value.

Cons

The absence of quarterly/annual product goals can make it feel like priorities change on the whims of leadership, especially for engineers who prefer to execute on a crisply-defined long term vision.

Pros

- Exceptional product portfolio in a fast-growing market with a large total addressable market (TAM). Strong outlook, especially with the AI boom fueling a new generation of companies. - Strong engineering culture: highly motivated and engaged engineers. Engineering meaningfully influences the product roadmap. - High talent bar: Everyone excels in their role, making cross-team collaboration smooth and effective, even in a remote environment.

Cons

- Typical issues as team grows and products scale.
