Pros

I ran an entire department

Cons

I ran an entire department by myself which included the development of a nationwide occupational health network with over 3,000 clinics. They refused to pay over $44,000 and I had to essentially beg for that. Effort and initiative have no impression here as nepotism is king within this clan. Thus, if you do not share a last name or friendship, they are kicking you out of the company. Both my assistant and myself are being driven to resign due to internal politics. For instance, our already accrued PTO and Sick Time have either gone missing or are not being approved. No chance to move up or earn pay that includes individual performance. Little or no bonuses with constant needs needing to be met and no incentive to do a thing. The insurance is even horrible. Not to mention the lack of professional documents, such as an organizational chart, which emphasizes their incompetence. Do not believe any promises, they are all empty.
