Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent compensation, some flexibility re: hybrid remote working arrangements

Cons

Incredibly siloed (information sharing is poor to terrible), lack of process maturity, constantly dealing with layers of people who don't know or don't care, and while the larger org has made some great choices to support employees, it's felt like hollow lip service at a team/functional level. I don't need swag - I need investment in my development to be an effective employee and feel like my work has some kind of impact.
