Remote work means less connection to company, hard to get to know people So many changes that it is impossible to keep up.

Great people and flexible vacation, but management struggles

Flexible vacation, many good people

Cons

Senior management doesn’t know what they want. Too much turnover across the company and layoffs. Parts of the company can be really stressful environments and company literally struggles fixing it. Stack-ranking engineers and compensation structure declining. Challenging to get promoted.
