Pros

Exchange Program helps people to travel abroad and stay there for months but only very few selected one per year. They claim to help employees of different employer but fail to address stress of their own employees.

Cons

Here, strategy changes every 2 year and hence big lay offs happens every 2 year. If you want to join a company for more than 2 years, this is not a place. One fine day, you will go to office and HR will let you know that you are not required from tomorrow. Also, it has very US centric culture and does not acknowledge the culture and requirement of India or any other countries completely - find a loop holes and play with them. Everything gets managed from US no matter what your title says here in India - they do not feel that Indians are worth managing team and business effectively.
