Pros

Salary is just more than the average salary in Singapore or Tokyo.

Cons

I had the interview in October 2016 through our campus placements. During our interview, the job offered was RnD engineer in Singapore. But later just before a month of joining they changed the job role and location to Tokyo. We had a webinar about the STM(training) process in which they told 80% of the employees will be fired after in the training period.

Unprofessional Environment. Very Poor management.

Pros

If you are in a good team (very few good team), it might be a good learning experience. But in the end, you would be a part of the poor management system. It's impossible to experience the beauty of a good management here.

Cons

- Very Poor Management - Old Japanese mentality - No care for employee - THEY **SERIOUSLY** DON'T GIVE A DAMN TO YOUR CAREER PROGRESS. YOU MIGHT BE RIPPED APART OF YOUR SKILLS AND TALENT. - The company is falling down. It's still surviving and it survived till now, just because of "JAPANESE BUY JAPANESE PRODUCTS" strategy. Trust me, their products are not as amazing as they pretend it to be. Many clients (Note the word MANY), after accepting the temporary deal, refused to use their products. As a result, the company fell down badly. They are still not changing their management (the root cause). - The existence (or growth) of this company with the current management is near to impossible. - While working for this company they will put you in the illusion that you are one of the best. Years later you'll realize your mistake when you'll have trouble switching to a good company. - They lie. They lied to many employees and gave them false promises. - Some Managers from works app (especially the Japanese ones) will end up nowhere in-case they plan to switch the company. It's really really surprising how they became managers. - Being a senior developer or a manager here is a pure illusion - Very few benefits. The workplace is boring. - Very unprofessional environment. Freshers don't realize it until they switch. - Trust me. If you care for your future and if you want to work in a professional workplace where you will learn how a good company works, how a good manager behaves with the employee, and want an overall professional growth, this company is NOT for you. - MANY good developers left the company. Some people still working here, tried switching but are unable to switch, because it's difficult to grow here. - The company might be in a trouble in the near future
