Well, there is a huge list : No Vision : Starting and closing a team is common here. Evaluation : This is just a joke they play on employees. But people are aware of their prank and they leave. They have a grading system from A to E where A being heighest. Hold on, its not that simple. If you get A, you will be promoted & there will be an increase in compensation, sounds good. But if you get anything other than A there will be no change in your designation or compensation, meaning B,C,D,E are all equal. So smart isn't it ?. Wait it doesn't end here. There is a new policy now that they will decrease your salary and in some cases people are getting fired too. Don't assume that people getting E will be fired. Nope. I have seen people getting C grade getting fired. No team events at all : There used to a time when they used to throw big parties but not anymore. Now its just a dinner twice a year at some food court where no one join anyway. Adhoc policies : They just decide a new policy every 2-3 months in a bar i think and end up implementing it the very next day. Turns out to be a failure and then they change it again. Seems like employees are laboratory sample for them where they keep trying their experiments . Meeting : Useless and pointless. They take stupid decision and ask managers to justify their decision to the team. Usually team member don't ask a single question these days and quit. Upper management including manager like myself : We have no clear idea about the product. We just follow what is ORDERED from japan office. Oppressing employees : Situation is so bad that people are now leaving the company even if they are getting lesser benefits in their new offer. Monthly Report to CEO : Every employees need to send a monthly report to CEO stating their work and concerns. But i think this report goes to trash rather than going to inbox somehow. I am saying this because there has been no concern taken care by them rather they just make situation worse. They scare employees by saying, IF YOU DON'T SEND THE REPORT, IT WILL AFFECT YOUR EVALUATION

* Please eat smelly lunch at desk sometimes * Make too much noises when they is cricket or football going on
