Good salary(used to) and that's it

Cons

They changed a lot of their rules such as diminishing a lot the salaries. For foreigners, career growth is extremely challenging especially at the Tokyo office. You will always be seen as an outsider and they won't bother to make you feel that. You have to be very thick skinned.
