Pros
1) Even though you are fresher, you are given a lot of responsibilities and freedom. 2) You not only get to learn latest technologies/technical research but also the business side of enterprise products. 3) Getting to work with people with different cultures and background is a great learning in itself.
Cons
1) Some administrative processes are not concrete and causes inconvenience sometimes. 2) Sometimes the deadlines are not managed properly leading to staying for longer hours.
