Pros
No pros at all. Just run away, this company will destroy your life and career. Seriously, don't even think about joining this company, don't even think about applying for the selection process.
Cons
The downsides of working can only be told if they let you work, but they won't. They will fire over 85% of trainees in first three months. They will lie about Salary and Location. Don't believe a single word. It's better to take a small job with a very low salary. I left a job for this company and now I am regretting it. Please this is my genuine advice, this is the worst company in the world.
