Pros

- Good salary for fresh graduates - Talented co-workers - challenging and interesting work - very good learning opportunities

Cons

- The pros are only applicable if you are in a good team, which is rare - Work atmosphere getting more and more negative day by day - Bad management. They are not able to recognize that the company and the employee confidence is going downhill - Several outdated practices inside the company, and the upper management just isn't paying proper attention
