Pros

- Startup Environment where you can talk and discuss freely your ideas and make it becomes true - Very easy to communicate with your leaders or VP (like peers)

Cons

- Since there are many challenges and changes, the overall environment is a bit uninspired to work since people are not happy about the current company's progress. But I hope it will be over soon.
