Pros

The team is multi-cultural and I found it enriching to work among half a dozen other nationalities. Company has a flat hierarchy and the demand on working hours is not high unlike some other Japanese companies. Certain teams use new technologies and provide good learning experience.

Cons

Not all teams are up to date on the technologies being used. Some products have legacy code base. Different nationalities also pose a language barrier at times.

Pros

I worked in Tokyo office as an intern. People are very helpful and work culture is also great. Had a great experience

Cons

Nothing significant, they have all there documentation in Japanese but it can be resolved with the help of other employees.
