Stressful, long time working, unclear evaluation from HR

Pros

Flexible time working, really challenging environment, top people have vision and talented. Some young people can get high position really fast.

Cons

Too many works causes long time working without reasonable compensation. Lack of education for new bees, which cause a lot of time to get used to work. All promises from HR stop at there mouth.

Great place for fresh graduates to learn and grow

Very good pay for a fresh graduate. Opportunity to experience the Japanese work culture. Flexibility(to some extent) in working hours

Cons

Very high working hours Too much pressure Lack of communication(as most of the Japanese developers don't know English)

The salary looks promising for the first job. All people here in Singapore are very young, so you may have a good chance.

Cons

The company does not have much freedom for programmers to choose what they want to do.
