Pros

Pretty solid organization that's led by a powerful mission to serve a unique population & leadership with a clear vision of what success means. The company moves fast but it allows us to stay nimble & adopt products for our clients and obtain feedback wherever necessary for our roadmap. I feel that the work input that you commit to (time, energy, etc) does provide fair output (compensation, role recognition, etc). It's a great place to test ideas & learn, as the culture always welcomes new angles to unlock unique opportunities.

Cons

Being that it's a start-up, some processes and communications are lacking, which has created uncertainty with some benefits. However, management is more than open to feedback and can adjust quickly to clarify and/or come to a solution, which is much appreciated and important to me- the fact that you will be heard!

Pros

Marketing at Workstream is fast, creative, and action-driven, with real freedom to test ideas and see impact quickly. The team is small, collaborative, and close to product, sales, and customers. If you enjoy autonomy, quick execution, and meaningful work, this is a great place to grow.

Cons

High pace and small team mean juggling multiple projects and adapting quickly to change.

Pros

The CEO brings a lot of energy into the company. He’s very driven, passionate about the mission, and deeply involved in what’s happening across the business. You can feel that momentum — it creates a fast-moving environment where people are encouraged to step up, take responsibility, and make things happen.

Cons

That level of energy isn’t for everyone, but if you like a startup where leadership is actively pushing forward and setting a high bar for execution, it can be very motivating.
