I had a decent experience working at Workstream last year. I enjoyed their overall work culture, and the pay structure is decent, although it could be better. During my time there, I enhanced my skills through various challenges. Some might say they are very work-oriented, but I believe that valuable experience often comes with challenges, so I had a good run.

Cons

While it's not necessarily a downside, working at Workstream can feel like a bit of a roller coaster ride due to its rapid growth as a startup.
