Pros
I joined the company last March, and I can confidently say that my expectations for a new role have been met. Workstream has an excellent company culture built on respect, collaboration, and teamwork. It’s refreshing to see the CEO actively communicating with employees, which makes the environment more engaging and transparent. The work-from-home setup truly supports work-life balance, with encouragement instead of pressure. Compensation and benefits are competitive and fair. They also just gave us a performance bonus, which really makes you feel valued. My department has been very supportive, my manager and teammates provided thorough guidance during training, and it’s easy to approach anyone with questions. I also appreciate the focus on growth and continuous learning. Feedback is always welcomed and constructive, creating an environment where you feel supported to improve and thrive both personally and professionally.
Cons
Not really a con, but since the company is growing, some processes are still evolving. This means there can be occasional adjustments and changes. These are generally positive and aimed at improving workflows, but it does require being adaptable and proactive.
