      Unbelievable culture of openness, acceptance and respect Open honest communication from leadership Respect work life balance and really care about employees great terms, perks and growth opportunities No politics, very positive and supportive vibe Everyone seems very bought into the company missio, vision and values which I find very motivating

      Cons

      Hybrid workplace with small offices which still aren't big/good enough for real teamwork in the office. Sure this will be fixed in no time.
