I'm trusted to do my job, and everyone across all levels and departments are incredibly supportive. I'm proud to be part of such a talented and ambitious team, and love the work that I do. Always opportunity to take on new things, and I feel like I really make a difference and I'm part of something exciting.

It's a start up which means the product is constantly improving and its fast paced. This is incredibly exciting but might be daunting to some, however the support is there across the org and we're only going from strength to strength as a business
