Great culture and great team of people to work with. The remote working is a fantastic benefit that the company is very supportive of.

Cons

It is very fast paced due to the nature of the industry so might not suit everyone.

Pros

The people here are amazing. Everyone has your back and couldn't help more. Even when things are up the walls, we can still crack a joke and get the job done. The learning opportunity is crazy - I've learned more in 3 years here than I would have in maybe 6 or 7 years elsewhere. Things generally work well here, there's no bureaucracy or death by process, just "use good judgement" is the main approach. Really couldn't recommend it more!

Cons

Can be busy at times but that comes with the territory of a fast-moving startup. Usually balances out with more flexibility during quieter periods. Unlimited holidays also make up for it!

Everyone is incredibly supportive and matched, if not surpassed my expectations during the interview process. -Friendly work environment -flexible schedule -remote -unlimited pto -great pay/benefits

Cons

Need some increased diversity and can be tough engaging with international coworkers /managers with the time change but it is handled well, all things considered!
