Pros

This product has the ideal technology stack and I get to work in all aspects of the product – front end, back end, mobile – which is a great learning experience. There is so much room for the product to grow from an engineering perspective, which is exciting. I like the focus dedicated to constant improvements to the product infrastructure, security, accessibility, and other areas that usually get dropped in other places I've worked. I love being given the time, space, and support to write the best code possible, instead of being rushed to produce anything passable as fast as possible. Everyone is so helpful and collaborative, and I genuinely get along with everyone I meet. I love that cameras are always on in remote meetings, the banter is fun, and it's amazing how everyone is able to become friends even though most of us have never met in person. The work-life balance is excellent. Workvivo is just a great place to work and I enjoy doing it every day.

Cons

Employee diversity could be significantly improved. The software engineers are nearly all men, and racial diversity is almost nonexistent across the company.

Pros

Great culture, fast growth, career opportunities, strong leadership team There's a great can-do attitude in this company where it feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction. It's a place you're given the freedom and responsibility to figure out the big strategic bets and make an impact.

Cons

Helping build a rapidly growing company is hard but this is what we signed up for. You're expected to grow every month, and even when you hit your goals you're supposed to set bigger ones and beat them again, and again, and again. Growing personally and professionally. Now...personally I love that, and it's what I signed up for. But conscious this growth mindset isn't for everyone.
