Pros

Competitive salary, crazy great perks that only huge companies like Google offer: free lunch & snacks, free massages, free gym/b-ball court/Peloton bikes/ping pong/video games, award programs, the ability to donate to charity on the company’s dime, and a lot more. Plus the management cultivates and rewards hard work. There are quite a few people who were hired for one job and then grew into different roles. If you work hard and your manager sees something in you, they’ll tailor the job to your strengths. I like that they invest in good people.

Cons

Not a place for people who want to coast.

They have a tap.. to coffee that doesn't work?

Cons

Everything. You could literally tell every single employee was a dim witted failure and a huge loser. Not the type of "successful" failures. They Will try to lead you like this company is expanding and really going places. It is not. Refer to the above paragraph if wondering why. I read another review said that it is a boys club. For that to be true it would first assume that they are normal human beings. They are really some of the dumbest losers California has to offer. Come in knowing this, and you'll at least know?
