Pros

Great benefits, great vacation package. Good work life balance and work from home is standard. Good pay.

Cons

High turn over in key departments. Consistent bandwidth issues so it takes a bit longer to resolve issues. No VOE, voice of the employee, so you often feel unheard.

People don't leave bad jobs, people leave bad managers. There is so much turnover here on the product and engineering teams
