Pros

I enjoy working for World and have found great opportunities to advance my career in a short time. I like working with my colleagues within my branch, state and division. I found them to be helpful and fun to work with. I’ve also liked working with local clients and building a community relationship.

Cons

Coming from a small agency into World isn’t the same. But being adaptable can help you through the challenges of joining a larger company.

Pros

There are a lot of knowledgeable people who work in every dept and they are always willing to help. Lots of advancement opportunities.

Cons

There are a large number of employees that come to us thru World acquiring smaller agencies and it does take time and patience during the transition process because there is a lot to learn. Not sure this is a con but in my position I notice that the servicers sometimes struggle with the workflows and they want to give up but if they just stick with it they see that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciate our comprehensive compensation package, and that you have access to the educational tools you need. We are sorry that you feel overwhelmed with your workload and suggest speaking with your HR Business Partner, as they can help provide support on how to navigate. We take your comments about leadership and lack of recognition seriously and do our best to empower our management team with the knowledge and skills they need to be effective. We agree that a simple “I don’t know” is not an acceptable response from management. We thank you for your hard work and appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
