Pros

Network was great. Variety of accounts. Some management was very knowledgeable.

Cons

Terrible work life balance. Lack of communication from and between mid-level management and up. Lack of support from market management for newly acquired agencies.

Pros

PTO,, is good but could be better, Comprehensive Insurance, 401k, co-workers make it a great place. **More government holidays should be given as paid days off. This would ensure that employees have the opportunity to rest and have more school days off with there children and their families instead of using PTO.

Cons

I've been working at another company for a year now, and I realize that I wasn't the issue at my previous job (World). I would feel remiss if I didn't share my experience, potentially allowing someone else endure the same challenges under management. It's not the work load: it's the micromanaging and the condescending way she communicates with people, making sure not to document it. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Walking on eggshells, afraid every day could be your last there . I hope this helps other be aware and cautious, I hope one bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch.
