World is a growing company providing opportunity for their employees to develop and grow alongside them. I have personally experienced this over the last 6 years. I’ve been able to achieve my personal and professional goals with the guidance of my boss, who has become my mentor, combined with the numerous resources World offers. Our senior management has great vision and leads by example. They truly value and care about the overall well-being of their employees while providing a comfortable and collaborative work environment.
