I’ve been here for four years now. We’re in a strong growth phase, which brings far more pros than cons. It’s an environment where people are helpful, thoughtful, and innovative, and genuinely care about their teammates and, of course, our clients.

Cons

It can be very busy, expected at this point. Hiring great talent fast enough can be a challenge.

Growing company, many training resources to help you in the day to day job, weekly live training sessions to ask questions of a trainer, opportunity to advance, volunteer day as well as many other holiday PTO days, a sense of community.

Cons

Growing fast means some growing pains with lots of new procedures to learn and follow. Health benefits for family members is expensive.
