      I have been with World for 4.5 years and found a very collaborative group of colleagues who work together to do what is in the best interest of the client. The intellectual human capital within the organization as subject matter experts is very beneficial for myself.

      Cons

      A growing organization is not intended to be a con, but quick response sometimes can get bogged down.
