Financial focus over people focus

Business Outlook

Pros

The organization offers stability and financial strength as a large, well-established entity with a consistent growth trajectory. Several divisions have really great people who are committed to quality work and pleasant to work with

Cons

The workplace culture reflects its private equity ownership structure, with decision-making and resources focused primarily on financial performance rather than employee development or retention. Turnover is high across departments, and compensation structures offer very limited incentives for non-senior level executive staff. Employees looking for investment in professional growth, competitive total compensation, or a people-centered culture may find better alignment elsewhere
