Pros

-Old nasty snacks might help if you are hungry. -office was in a nice area.

Cons

-upper management is constantly focused on driving revenue, putting a toll on your directors(who are always in the worst mood). -they do not stand by their values. brands with them who have strong ethical values dont know the internal affairs this company has with other brands with total opposite values. -you will never learn here. -horrible environment (toxic as hell) -bad culture - tons of favoritism -people dont want to teach you anything. they are always concerned about the new person getting a much better role than them... -office inside is straight up horrible and depressing. -they want cheap labor in exchange of over working you.

Pros

Lots of free giveaway when product they have at the warehouse is close to expiring. They give them away to staff and get the money from their clients

Cons

Work in silos, operations vp is a bully and it’s like either his way or highway. Very hostile environment. Owners are just looking at the numbers, work place is mom and pop, try to save Money but end up spending more.

Pros

The only fulfilling part of working there were the relationships I made with a handful of peers and connections with clients.

Cons

Unfortunately many of the clients are halfway out the door and would leave at the drop of the hat if they weren’t stuck. The employees have high turn around overall and many very talented individuals burn out because of unnecessary burden put on the smartest and most efficient workers to cover up for the inadequacy of leadership. A few select employees are put on a pedestal and all others are treated very poorly. Management is high ego personality types who cannot provide clear direction or goals but act perplexed when employees share feelings of concern over lack of those foundational expectations.
