Pros

The best reason to work at World Vision is the mission and impact they’re making in children's lives around the world. It’s a joy to work with like-minded individuals working towards a joint cause.

Cons

Too many guardrails creates a lack of agility and ability to respond or work efficiently. Lack of formal approval processes and if there are any, they’re too long. As a remote employee, there are also LOTS of meetings and presentations. Benefits are okay.
