Pros

Weekly Chapel Service every Wednesday

Cons

Poor management that brings you in under the disguise of being a "Christian Organization" Limited opportunity for growth under dinosaur management. Does not value education and treats employees very poorly. Management has a "group think" mentality and does not value employees that think outside of the box. If you enjoy stimulating your mind, don't work here.

Pros

Their mission to provide help and hope to children and their communities around the world.

Cons

Poor stewards of the financial resources provided to them from their donors. Poor management, if you aren't kissing someone's behind, you will be left behind. No clear defined career path available. They use every ploy available to get money from donors. Unscrupulous practices.
